The contract for the resumption of cooperation between the two companies was signed during the meeting of CEO of Iran Khodro Diesel Alireza Sajji with deputy general manager of Hyundai Edward Lee.
"Under this contract, Iran Khodro Diesel, as the first and oldest partner of Hyundai in Iran in the commercial auto sector, will begin production of some new products from this South Korean company and will distribute them into the Iranian market," Sajji said.
“This contract includes the production of various types of urban and interurban buses and also minibuses and light trucks,” he added.
The CEO of the Iran Khodro Diesel Company has announced the signing of a cooperation contract with the South Korean Hyundai Motor Company.
