Only implementing 9-item plan can rescue Zayande-Roud

Chairman of Isfahan City Council, Reza Amini, observed: implementing the 9-item plan is identified as the only remedy for reviving Zayande-Roud River in Isfahan.

Reza Amini addressed IMNA reporter: the decision of reviving the river by following the 9-item plan was made at the meeting held by National Security Commission and Foreign policy of Iranian Parliament, so it must be implemented at the earliest possible, he presented the talk yesterday at the 187th plenary meeting of Isfahan City Council.

Executing the 9-item plan as the only and only way to rescue Zayande-Roud:  

Amini continued reportedly: the president, Hassan Rouhani, had promised the permanent flow of water to Isfahan citizens, therefore the plan must be applied at a quick attempt.    

He then pointed to the 9-item plan and declared that implementing the plan will lead to fruitful effects such as: preserving monuments, conserving the environment, and enhancing job conditions in the city of Isfahan.

The chairman reminded to Iranian calendar day, Mordad 9th (July 31th) as Iranian Blood Donation Day, and confirmed: since the day was marked in Iranian calendar, the culture of donating blood to people in need has been internalized in all compatriots.   

Mechanized Urbanization System leads to minimize mediators   

Amini pointed to running the Mechanized Urbanization System and went on: this system is fully established in the municipality and is running in all districts. Deploying such systems causes minimizing mediators and inter-city travels.  

Negine-Shahr complex was also exploited in cooperation with Mostazafan Foundation (a well-known charitable foundation in the Islamic Republic of Iran), using Iranian Islamic architecture, Reza Amini further explained.     

Finally at his explanations, Amini expressed satisfaction over the successful vibration testing of phase 3 of the 1st metro line and hoped that the line will soon be opened to the public by financial aids from the municipality and Iran's government.
