Isfahan’s eastern “Pardis” , bringing social vitality

“Pardis Shargh” i.e. garden in the east, is located in district 4 of Isfahan municipality to provide fair distribution of sociocultural services in the city, so that the citizens will enjoy vitality in a safe & calm place.

As IMNA reports: One of the sociocultural issues of a city is the recreation of the inhabitants. When Zayandeh-Roud turned dry, a vast majority of people lost their hobby because the river used to bring tranquility for them.

After the river became dry, there was a strong need to provide people with other kinds of pastime, so recreational “Pardis”, meaning Cultural Gardens, were created in the city.

Just like “Sofeh” Mount, “Nokhodi” mountain has some tourism potentials which will change into a tourist attraction by organizing and managing Pardis-Shargh project. The project is aimed at creating a calm and suitable place for families in the east of Isfahan.

The manager to district 4 of Isfahan municipality, Mohammad Hoveida, states that the area of phase 1 of the project is 30 thousand m2, executed at a cost of 2500 million tomans.      

Reminding that the project is considered as one of the outstanding projects of district 4, Hoveida explains: The 1st phase includes parking garage, green spaces, bicycle track, rest rooms which are now all prepared to be exploited with a total progress of 95 %.  

The official also added that the 2nd phase includes pavements, amphitheater, and parks that are now under digging stage.  

The 3rd phase also has Dolphin Park, zip-line, and some other exciting recreations, he added.
