Following the mentioned reasons, the matter of establishing family-centered cultural gardens was proposed by the urban management.
Establishment of 3 family-centered gardens and 2 cultural ones were among the initial steps in this regard. Now, the first family garden is under construction in district 12. Moreover, 2 other cultural-recreational gardens named “Shargh” and “Abshar” are going to be constructed in the current year in districts 4 and 6, urban deputy of Isfahan municipality announced.
“Abshar” Pardis Honar (meaning cultural garden) is of a very high importance due to its special design and function. It is located alongside the Zayandeh-Roud River.
Deputy of development for Isfahan municipality, Iraj Mozaffar, explained: The construction of “Abshar” Pardis Honar has had a 55 % progress and will be fully exploited in the first half of the ongoing year.
“Establishment of the 2nd phase of the project will be implemented in late June.
The design manager of the project, reminding that the complex will be established in several phases, added: Various sections have been considered for the complex, such as green house, indoor park similar to flowers Garden, children’s playground, restaurant, cafeteria, amphitheater with a capacity for 3000 people which is north facing with a view of the river and north-facing, and some more art-related sections.
From the viewpoint of urban programming, creating eye-catching perspectives in public areas of the city plays an important role in the mental health and public joy of the citizens. By having a jolly society, the city will be a safe place to expand healthy social relationships; consequently, inhabitants will feel more loyal to their city and neighborhood. That is why it is expected to witness more exhilaration in the city by creating cultural complexes like Pardis Honar.
