Reza Mokhtari in an interview with IMNA reporter warned that ring roads 2 & 3 of the city are saturated with cars, so ring 4 must be constructed at a higher speed.
"The 4th protective ring road starts from the Sugar Factory in district 15, of which 6 km before Six-Way road is provided with district 15", he continued.
The official finally reminded that speeding up the releasing stage of the earlier mentioned project is in great need of citizens' cooperation and involvement.
