Ministry of Education Reports 252 Students and Teachers Martyred in Ramadan War; 184 Injured

The Ministry of Education has announced the official figures for casualties among students and teachers during the Ramadan War, reporting a total of 252 fatalities and 184 injuries.

Iran (IMNA) - According to Hossein Sadeghi, Head of the Information and Public Relations Center of the Ministry of Education, as of Friday, April 7th, the total number of martyred students and teachers reached 252. This figure comprises 201 students and 51 teachers. He further stated that 184 individuals, including students and educational staff, sustained injuries. Of this total, 164 injured were students, and 20 were teachers. The Ministry also reported damage to a total of 723 administrative, cultural, and educational facilities. This includes 636 educational units, 42 administrative spaces, and 45 cultural and sports facilities.

Ardabil Province:
    1 martyred teacher

Isfahan Province:
    3 martyred students and 1 martyred teacher
