Trump’s threats to kill Iranians admission of crimes

The Iranian foreign minister says the latest threat made by US President Donald Trump to attack and kill Iranian people is a clear sign of the admission of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Iran (IMNA) _ Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi made the remarks on Sunday in a letter to the UN secretary-general, the president of the UN Security Council (UNSC), and the foreign ministers of the member states of the United Nations.

A day earlier, in a post on his Truth Social platform, Trump threatened to escalate strikes against Iran, saying that “areas and groups of people that were not considered for targeting up until this moment in time” will be put under serious consideration for “complete destruction and certain death.”

Iran’s top diplomat described the threat as brazen and a clear admission by Trump of committing war crimes against the Iranian nation at a time when US-Israeli military attacks have targeted schools, hospitals, residential buildings, infrastructure, sports halls, and relief centers across Iran, leaving more than 1,300 civilians dead.
