Iran (IMNA) - From the house of prophecy, a light arrived—not loud, not hurried—
but certain, like truth finding its voice.
Hussain was born, and with him, meaning took shape:
that dignity can stand unarmed before tyranny,
that love can be stronger than fear,
that faith can choose sacrifice and still remain whole.
He was a child cradled by the Prophet’s tears and smiles,
named with care, raised with tenderness,
yet destined for a road where tenderness would be tested by fire.
In his gaze lived mercy; in his silence, resolve.
He learned early that justice is not inherited—it is defended.
Years would pass, and the world would ask him to bow.
He would answer by standing.
Not for power, not for victory as it is counted,
but for the soul of humanity,
so that no age could say it did not know the cost of freedom.
Karbala was not an end; it was a beginning.
A desert became a scripture,
written in blood and patience,
read wherever oppression dares to speak loudly.
Hussain taught the earth how to remember God
when the sky feels distant.
On this blessed birth anniversary, in 1446 A.H.,
we do not only celebrate a life begun—
we renew a covenant.
To refuse injustice even when it is decorated with comfort.
To protect truth even when it stands alone.
To love humanity enough to risk ourselves.
Peace upon Hussain,
on the day he was born,
on the day he stood unbroken,
and on every day his name rises
as a heartbeat in the conscience of the world.
