According to organizers, the exercise seeks to enhance maritime security and encourage international cooperation in the face of regional and global challenges. A combat ship, as part of the Iranian Navy delegation, is also present for the drills, scheduled to run from February 7 to 11.
The Iranian military delegation is also scheduled to participate in the inaugural AMAN Dialogue, which will focus on maritime cooperation, alongside meetings with Pakistani military officials.
