IRGC Navy Expands Missile Production and Underground Facilities

Major General Hossein Salami, Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), announced that the IRGC Navy is significantly enhancing its missile production capabilities, focusing on both range and precision.

Iran (IMNA) - During a recent unveiling ceremony of new naval equipment in Bandar Abbas, Salami emphasized that the IRGC Navy is continuously updating its missile production to align with modern warfare demands.

Salami revealed that all coastal missile systems are securely stored in reinforced underground tunnels, ensuring their protection and operational readiness. These facilities, referred to as "missile cities," have been established in various coastal and inland locations, housing a substantial arsenal of missile systems.

The IRGC commander highlighted that Iran’s latest missiles now boast a range exceeding 1,000 kilometers, enabling high-precision strikes from deep within Iranian territory against land and sea targets. He noted that these missiles have undergone significant advancements in range, accuracy, and destructive power.

Furthermore, Salami indicated that Iran's missile systems, naval vessels, and maritime strike capabilities have been upgraded with the latest technological advancements for both static and mobile warfare. He warned adversaries that the IRGC Navy remains an unpredictable force, stating, "The enemy cannot accurately assess our capabilities because we are constantly evolving. Our missile production is ongoing, and this power is immeasurable and unstoppable."
