Modi later shared his thoughts on X in Farsi, expressing that he had a "very good meeting" with President Pezeshkian. He noted that they examined a wide range of bilateral issues and explored ways to deepen relations in advanced and innovative sectors.
This meeting marked the first interaction between the two leaders since Pezeshkian took office in July 2024. The leaders also discussed key areas of cooperation, including the Chabahar Port and the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), which are vital for regional connectivity.
