Iran (IMNA) - Mirzoyan expressed Armenia's willingness to strengthen ties with Iran, while thanking the country for its support of Armenia's territorial integrity. Araghchi reiterated Iran's policy of backing regional countries' territorial sovereignty, and welcomed Armenia's efforts to resolve conflicts through peace talks.
The two diplomats agreed to maintain regular communication to promote sustainable peace in the region.
