Iran (IMNA) -During the visit, Grossi and Iranian officials agreed to base their cooperation on an agreement reached in March 2023, known as the March Statement.
Efforts are underway to finalize the draft text before the upcoming Board of Governors' meeting scheduled for June 3-7, where Grossi will present his report. The cooperation between Iran and the IAEA, as outlined in the draft, will encompass three main sections.
As both parties work towards finalizing the draft text, officials from the IAEA are anticipated to visit Tehran in the near future for further negotiations to solidify their collaborative efforts.
