Iran (IMNA) - In a message on Monday, President Raeisi emphasized that spreading and promoting peace, brotherhood among Muslims, and unity among the members of the Islamic Ummah is the responsibility of the heads and leaders of Islamic nations.
Raeisi expressed his belief that with the continued struggle of the Palestinian people and the unwavering support of the Islamic world, Palestine will once again be embraced by the global Islamic community. He also expressed hope that the liberation of the holy city of Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque will be achieved.
The Iranian President further highlighted the importance of strengthening and expanding bonds between Islamic countries during Ramadan, as he believes this will contribute to the growth of Islam worldwide. He also urged Muslims to take more effective actions against the oppression and exploitation of oppressors, particularly the Zionist regime that has occupied Palestinian lands for over seven decades and committed numerous atrocities, resulting in the deaths of more than 30,000 people in the Gaza Strip.
