Iran (IMNA) - Over 150 distinguished individuals from the Muslim world are expected to attend, including renowned scientists specializing in Artificial Intelligence from 57 Islamic countries. The ceremony will coincide with the 9th round of the Science and Technology Exchange Program (STEP), organized by the Mustafa Science and Technology Foundation.
This program aims to foster scientific collaboration and synergy among scholars within the Islamic world through international events. Recognizing outstanding achievements in various scientific fields, the Mustafa Prize serves as a means to highlight the existing potential within different areas of science.
As an internationally acclaimed award, it not only rewards exceptional researchers but also showcases the Muslim world's dedication to science and technology. Established in 2012, the Mustafa Prize has become a symbol of scientific excellence and is often referred to as the "Muslim Nobel."
Recipients of the prize receive $500,000 in funding from the science and technology endowment, along with the prestigious Mustafa Medal and Honorary Diploma. The award is granted in four categories: Information and Communication Science and Technology, Life and Medical Science and Technology, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, and All Areas of Science and Technology.
