Iran (IMNA) - A 307 MW power plant in the Khuzestani village of Do Kuheh, close to the city of Andimeshk, was inaugurated on Thursday by President Ebrahim Raeisi.
The gas-fired power station is the first stage of a combined cycle power plant at Do Kuheh that also contains a partially completed steam unit with a 144 MW output capacity.
According to a post on Raeisi's website, the government has invested around 142 million euros in the development of the gas unit of the Do Kuheh power plant. The article also stated that the power plant will generate 100 permanent job opportunities in the area.
