The official opening ceremony will be held on Saturday in the presence of a government official, although visitors are allowed to visit the exhibition on Friday, ISNA reported.
Over 600 media outlets have registered to participate in the exhibition, including 100 monthlies, 60 weeklies and 82 newspapers.
This is while 22 news agencies and 97 news websites have done their primary enrollment via Pressexpo.ir.
President Hassan Rouhani and Cabinet members will visit some of the pavilions during the eight-day exhibit and deliver a speech. Top pavilions and the media outlet covering the exhibition in the best manner will be awarded at the closing ceremony.
Tehran Press Exhibition will run until Nov. 3 from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
