Some 160 top art works from 37 countries have participated in the event.
Iranian ambassador to Ecuador Saadat Aghajani also visited the exhibition on Sunday.
Most of Iranian works are from Isfahan city.
Over 5,000 people have so far visited Quito exhibition.
The cultural event will be underway until March 28.
