Iranian Army Ground Force Commander Announces Deployment of New Missiles, Drones at Borders

Iranian Army Ground Force Commander, Brigadier General Kiumars Heidari, revealed that new missile sections and drone platoons will be stationed at the country's borders. In an interview with IRNA, Heidari clarified that this move is not a response to any specific threat, but rather aims to enhance intelligence dominance, strengthen force readiness, and familiarize troops with the geographic layout of the borders.

Iran (IMNA) - Heidari further disclosed that a total of 11 combat and mobile brigades are currently stationed at the borders, working towards ensuring sustainable security and improving unit preparedness. Additionally, he mentioned that two types of missiles have been approved by the General Staff of the Armed Forces and have already been constructed within the Army Ground Force. These missiles are expected to be unveiled in the near future.
