Iranian President engaged in a phone conversation with Egyptian President Sisi

Iran (IMNA) - In their discussion, both leaders expressed their commitment to taking substantial measures in order to resolve the existing issues between Iran and Egypt, as reported by Lebanese Al-Mayadeen TV network.

This historic phone call marked the first direct communication between the two presidents, during which Raeisi extended his congratulations to El-Sisi on his recent inauguration for another presidential term, according to an official from the Iranian presidential office.

Additionally, the two leaders delved into the latest advancements in Palestine and underscored the importance of unity within the Islamic community, stated Mohammad Jamshidi, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Political Affairs at the Iranian Presidential office.
