No historical layer destroyed in Chaharbagh pavement

"Before taking the civil measures in Chaharbagh Avenue, the necessary archaeological studies were carried out by the experts of the cultural heritage organization; finally, archaeologist noticed that there has not been any historical layers in the Chaharbagh pavement area," the CEO of Restoration Organization of Isfahan said.

Isfahan (IMNA) – "All studies related to the pavement construction project of Chaharbagh Abbasi Avenue such as the archaeological studies have been prepared with the help of the cultural heritage organization and the round-the-clock presence of the experts and then implemented by the municipality," Hossein Jafari said.

Saying that the pavement construction project has been approved by responsible organizations, he continued, "The supervisors of the cultural heritage organization monitored all the processes of Chaharbagh Abbasi pavement construction, and the archaeological documents are available as well."

"There are historical layers in the middle area of Chaharbagh Abbasi Avenue that are preserved, and these cases have been presented in the archaeological reports," he said regarding the unreal news about existing of historical layers in the Chaharbagh pavement.

Pointing out that Chaharbah pavement construction project was carried out based on the plan approved by the cultural heritage organization, Jafari said, "Investigating the middle area of Chaharbagh is being done in the general department of the cultural heritage in order to determine how the developmental activities should be accomplished by considering the historical layers."
