Sa'at Tower or Tabriz Municipality Palace is one the most stunning monuments that has ever built in Tabriz city, Iran. It was built by Reza shah Pahlavi’s command at the site of ruined cemetery under the supervision of German engineers in 1934. This building, a hall and a tower known with its clock have been registered in national heritage list in 1998.

Iran (IMNA) - Tabriz municipality is the first municipal institution in the history of Iran that was founded during the Constitutional Movement in Tabriz. In this respect, on the occasion of commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the first urban society establishment, Tabriz Municipality Palace is the home of the first municipal museum in the country that displays the history of Iranian municipalities. Currently, the Islamic Council of Tabriz is also located in the building of this palace where official and diplomatic meetings are held.
