The head of Isfahan Municipality's Waste Management Department emphasized that the purpose of implementing such event is to develop a new mindset for citizen and change their settled way of thinking and approach to waste management, then said, " street performers are triggering the effects of five categories of waste, including plastic bottles and nylon, razor blades, disposable gloves and masks that have imposed a major crisis to the environment and community health with the symbolic slogan "I am your tomorrow" showing shocking statistics on plastic consumption."
This program is now being performed in the historic pedestrian zone of Chaharbagh and some other urban areas; those who are interested in such event can enjoy this artistic performance closely."
Referring to the statistics on waste production in the city, he ended "about 70 tons, equals with 4.5 million nylon bags, enter the waste cycle daily.
