Deputy Director for livestock production affairs of Iran's Ministry of Agricultural Jihad said, "With the unprecedented increase in demand and distribution of silkworm seeds for the production of silkworm, it is predicted that the production of cocoons reaches to 1,400 tons this year."

Iran (IMNA) - "32000 culture boxes of high-quality silkworm seeds have been distributed throughout the country from the beginning of the year; the process will be continuing to the tenth of June.
