Iran (IMNA) – After the establishment of Fire Department in the world in its current form, female fire fighters found a ways in gradually. Nowadays, in many countries of the world, women are carrying out various operations alongside the men.
It has been propounded to employ female firefighters in Isfahan, so that the managing director of Fire Department and Safety Services Organization of Isfahan municipality made a remark in this regard, "Goal setting for employing female firefighters has been taken out, since the need for female forces is felt necessary. In this regard, Isfahan Fire Department has offered the suggestion, and has tried to achieve the goal."
Currently, a number of volunteer female fire fighters are passing the training stage of specialized courses. Undoubtedly, when these training courses completed professionally, many problems will be solved, and we will have volunteer and trained female fire fighters in all districts; we are trying to extend the training courses to girls training centers and universities in order to allocate a fire station to women by completing the infrastructures.
