Isfahan (IMNA) – "Isfahan is the city of the bicycles, so we have defined a policy to develop the cycling culture among different walks of life; bicycles don’t belong to a particular group of citizens, but to all citizens," Alireza Salavati said.
"We have tried to continue this campaign during this year, if it is accomplished symbolically, Isfahani citizens will experience more bike trips. Urban management will also offer bikes and bicycle facilities for purchase to encourage citizens," he noted.
"It is believed that bikes play a significant role in urban trips; the purpose of implementing this campaign is also to promote cycling culture. "Let's ride bicycles" campaign will be implemented this Tuesday with the motto of "we watch Isfahan back" in the third municipal district," he noted regarding the role of bicycles in the urban trips.
