Saying that fighting against illiteracy is the other side of fighting against poverty, he said, "This institution has taken steps in this regard; providing the opportunity to high-quality education is one of the effective factors to achieve the economic and cultural power in the society."
Referring to the brilliant role of Isfahan's Relief Committee regarding literacy promotion and fighting against the illiteracy of the help-seekers, he added, "Eradicating illiteracy and the school dropout as the most important factor of economic poverty, has always been on the agenda of this institution."
Pointing to signing the memorandum of cooperation with Isfahan's General Department of Education in March, 2017 regarding the education of students dropping out of schools, Zare said, "according to this memorandum, Isfahan's Relief Committee has committed to register and identify the illiterate and unlearned help-seekers aged 10 to 49, provide educational environment to implement the literacy programs, and hold cultural festivals for learners; gaining the honorable title of "illiteracy fighter" is one of the signs of Relief Committee's endeavor to fulfill the commitments it has taken toward the progression of the society."
