The head of the Urban Services Organization of Isfahan Municipality said: “At the threshold of the holy month of Ramadan, all fifteen urban services organizations of Isfahan are ready to prepare the city for Ramadan.

Isfahan (IMNA) - “Some measures such as cleaning all the city passages, washing the urban elements; especially in the religious places, washing the mosques, dust clearing of “Golzar-e Shohada” (the Flower Garden of the Martyrs) in the city of Isfahan, removing the building waste from the passages and  having special ornamentation by installing specific placards and banners regarding the holy month of Ramadan are taken by the urban services organization of Isfahan municipality"  Gholamreza Saketi said.

He continued: "In the places where the special ceremonies of the holy month of Ramadan are going to be held, some actions such as removing the building waste from the passages, minor repairing and maintenance of asphalt, planting flowers are taken by the contractors of the parks and green space organization of Isfahan."

Stating that the arrangements have been considered regarding the holy month of Ramadan nights and the provision of special services to the fasting people in religious places havealso been predicted, the head of the urban services organization of Isfahan municipality underlined: “The necessary cooperation with the caretakers of the places where the special ceremonies of “Laylat-al-Qadr”(also known as Shab-e-Ghadr) are going to be held, have been carried out; specifically, the wet and dry waste are collected around these places.

He noted: “In such ceremonies that the presence of the people is more prominent, the employees of waste management training center are trying to educate citizens about the separation of wet and dry waste, as well as the reduction of the waste production and other issues related to the resistance economy in urban services.”

 “Avoid throwing away the dry and wet waste during the holy month of Ramadan and Iftar ceremonies. Try not to overload street-sweepers with extra waste, Gholamreza Saketi requested people.
