Over 50 percent of Inqelab Subway Station Plastered

Following his latest inspection of the construction of Inqelab Subway Station in Isfahan, Ghodratollah Norouzi, Isfahan Mayor, announced 50 percent of the plastering stage of the subway construction is completed and it will be completely ready by mid-March as the Persian New Year starts.

According to the Media and Press Office of Isfahan Municipality, the construction process of the subway was evaluated by the visit of Norouzi’s.

Isfahan mayor said: “in an inspection session accompanied by the board of managers, the construction was assessed to be going according to its schedule. There are some obstructions on the way which we do our best to remove.”

He added: “we have discussed expanding the subway from Inqelab Square to Sofeh. Hopefully, we can keep our promises and use our resources fully to finish the project to Sofeh until Persian New Year in mid-March.  

He also stressed the municipality is abiding by its commitments to finish the subway project on time, however, he found the contractor’s commitments as vital in this project too. 

Norouzi said: “the roughcasting of the subway is finished and 50 percent of the plastering is done. It tells us a lot about the project abiding by its schedule. We are discussing a new time table to expand our construction.”
