Razm-Hosseini received the award for his work named 'Peace'. The prize is his 37th in the national and international competitions.
He has been published in numerous festivals before, including those of Italy, China, Croatia, South Korea, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Russia and Turkey, in which he has been awarded or praised.
In the Greek event, held in October 21- November 4, two other Iranian cartoonists, Jalal Pir-Marzabad and Ehsan Ganji, were praised as well.
