Allahyari added: according to researchers’ view, Iran is today placed among the top 10 most-visited countries in the world due to its valuable historical, cultural, natural attraction.  ‘A brief look at our neighboring countries indicates that some west Asian countries especially the Middle Eastern countries are facing dramatic improvements in tourism fields, while they do not enjoy rich tourist attractions as many as Iran’s”, the official continued at the half-day-long seminar.

He also pointed to the motivation created in the tourism area during the last government, declaring: the 11th government under president Rouhani made great efforts to enhance the tourism level in Iran over a 4-year period and brought a logical stability in Iran tourism.

Past four years of tourism growth in Iran caused investors of private sections to trust the government. The result was brought through appropriate planning and implementation, Allahyari explained.

He then hopefully expressed that over 900 thousand foreign tourists traveled to Isfahan over the mentioned 4 years proving a 500% raise in Isfahan tourism.
