The first meeting of the large cycling conference was held under the slagon "the voice of the angels" at the Municipal Sports and Cultural Organization office.
This Cycling will be held in memorial of martyred divers on Friday October 16th , at the same time the Paralympic Day.
The meeting was attended by a group of sports and cultural officials of Isfahan.
The conference is held under the slogan "Pledge with the hand tied martyred divers, with arms and open eyes"
