Isfahan subway launched by presence of Iran's FM

ISFAHAN (Imna)- Isfahan subway line with the presence of the Foreign Minister, the Governor, members of the City Council and the mayor launched.

In 1380, final plan of metro line with a length of 12.5 km was approved and construction of tunnel operations began. After running 7.7 km to the North-South metro line was added to that.
It was in three pieces and now, 12 km from the northern part of the Ghods Square to Shohada Avenue is ready for operation.
For the first metro line of 20 stations is anticipated consist of Pasdaran,Kaveh,Modares,Imam hossein, Enghelab,Shariati,Azadi and sofeh.  From these 20 stations of subway line 10 station between Ghods to Chamran is ready for operation. Executive operations of Imam Hussein and Enghelab Square started a few months ago.
