Taleghani Street is one of the oldest streets of Isfahan which ends to Imam Hussein Square and Chaharbagh Street.

Isfahan (IMNA) – The appearance of Taleghani Street was different in the 1320s and 1330s SH. Most of the "Kishbafi" businesses were in this street. Due to the existence of abundant gardens and excavation of deep and dirt pits there were ice houses in the region which were adopted as a kind of ice production center and supplied by Sarlat runnel during the winter.

Today, due to the existence of gold-shops at the beginning of the street, Taleghani commercial passage, a clinic, Isfahan Central Electricity Department, and hundreds of appliances repair shops and audio-visual equipment shops, it is considered as one of the most crowded streets in Isfahan.
