Isfahan's special tourism logo to be determined

Pointing to the measures that university of Isfahan and Isfahan University of Technology have taken so far, the head of Representative Office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Isfahan said, "These universities have made a good relationship with their foreign counterparts in other parts of the world; Isfahan University of Technology is cooperating with the University of Switzerland, and Isfahan University with Japan and South Korea Universities as well. It seems that the situation will be better if other departments and organizations of the province take advantage of this communication method in order to build more relationships with other countries."

Isfahan (IMNA) - Hoping for holding more various health tourism centered conferences in Isfahan, Alireza Salarian said, "We hope that more measures will be taken out to attract tourists in different fields of science, medicine, history, and culture; therefore, Isfahan will be introduced to the world in foreign languages press and publications more than before, but unfortunately no special program for foreign tourists has been held so far; actually less attention has been paid to non-Iranian tourists."

Considering the tourism brand specification of Isfahan as a very professional work, he added, "Unfortunately, this matter has not gained special attention. While tourism brand can include all tourism activities of Isfahan, the chamber of commerce has tried to determine Isfahan's special tourism logo since four years ago."

Referring to the importance of having a tourism brand for Isfahan, he said, "A city can have several logos simultaneously, foreign cities around the world have different logos under various subjects as well."
