Launching first environmental-cultural center in Isfahan

"The agreement of launching the first environmental cultural center in Isfahan was signed," the CEO of the waste management organization of Isfahan municipality said.

Isfahan (IMNA) – Saying that  waste management is one of the issues that should be taught to general public, and the related cultural practices should be built in the society, Ali Dehnavi said, "The plan of launching the first cultural center is predicted with the purpose of teaching environmental issues to citizens along with allocating the credit of one billion tomans to equip, improve, and preparing required spaces."

"One of the major goals of creating this cultural center is centralizing the NGOs to create cultures in the society. We cannot proceed without the help of people and NGOs, in fact, we take advantage of people's help," he continued. "Different issues related to environment such as waste management will be taught pervasively to children and students of all ages in this environmental-cultural center," he said.

"A complete set of training will be considered for different walks of life in the center; also, the maquette of waste factory has been designed, and students will be familiarized with a part of waste organization activities and environmental aspects of waste management; therefore, by internalizing this kind of training programs they won't damage the environment ," he also added.
