Isfahan's air pollution monitored online

"Air pollution sensors provide accurate data on the amount of pollutant gases, suspended particles, and average air quality index of the city," the director of Isfahan's Center for Air Quality Monitoring and Air Pollution Control said.

Isfahan (IMNA) - "Currently, we are monitoring the exact state of outdoor air pollution online with the cooperation of Isfahan's Department of Environment and Meteorological organization, and we are taking measures to reduce the air pollution".

Pointing out that the most noticeable reason of air pollution is related to mobile sources such as cars, as well as stationary sources, such as factories, climate, and wind-blown dust, he continued, "We advise Isfahani citizens to commute with subway and bus for daily trips instead of personal vehicle to reduce the air pollution."

The director of Isfahan's Center for Air Quality Monitoring and Air Pollution Control emphasized that farmers live in the outskirt of the city had better refrain from burning crops and leaves, since burning agricultural products play an important role in increasing air pollution.
