Isfahan (IMNA) – The handicap festival which will be held by focusing on the films with the subjects of health, will host "Mano Bebin", the only representative of Iran in this festival. The third edition of this festival will be started on February 1 to 6, 2019, in Lyon, France.
The summary of "Mano Bebin" story: "A boy is living in a world of anxiety and fear; the fear that is ignored by others. The everyday world is in progress, but the loneliness and dark world are all the things he lives with."
