Isfahan (IMNA) - "The department of women and family affairs of Isfahan governor’s office follow the women's health in four dimensions of physical, mental, social, and spiritual health; besides the health issues, the women's employment is of great importance in this organization," Soheila Asna Asharian noted.
"In Isfahan province, the employment of two groups of women is more important for women's affairs department of the governor’s office; these two groups are educated girls which are working on their PHD and MA degrees, and the second group is women who are household heads," she said regarding the importance of women's employment issue.
"Unfortunately, we have not paid enough attention to women's shares in different fields, and the women's affairs department is trying to investigate the gender equity in different social fields," she added.
Emphasizing on the necessity of creating infrastructure regarding the women's presence in sports stadiums, she said, "The necessary infrastructures for women's presence in the stadiums should be provided, and more importantly, this matter should be also accepted culturally that is somewhat time-consuming, and the contexts should be prepared over time. Certainly we predict a clear future."
