Isfahan (IMNA) – "The ritual plays and lamentation will be held in the Najvan forest park, next to the aquarium complex, from 26 to 30 October," Hassan Shafiee said.
"Najvan forest park with an area of 1200 hectares, as one of the lush green area with pleasant climate in Isfahan, hosts many tasteful Isfahani citizens, therefore, we should not consider Najavan just as a "park" or "green space", because it is an identity existed in Isfahan and we should try to preserve this identity."
Saying that according to the statistics, more than 400 thousand people visited Najvan tourism center during Nowrooz, he noted, "On the average, more than 1,300,000 people visit tourism areas of Najvan during a year."
Referring to the Rooyesh garden, he added, "the garden was constructed in an area of 5,500 square meters with the traditional design and materials to develop the culture of planting trees and expand the green space of the city, especially Najvan forest park, so that families can plant a tree per child on the occasion of their children's birthday."
Pointing out that more than 370 saplings have been planted in Rooyesh garden, Shafiee said, "Citizens have widely welcomed the design of Rooyesh garden."
