"Stop Water Misuse" campaign started in Isfahan

"The campaign of Stop Water Misuse has started by the support of Isfahan Municipality's advertising capacities," the General Director of Communication and International Affairs of Isfahan Municipality announced.

Isfahan (IMNA) - At the second meeting of the "Stop Water Misuse" campaign which was held to prepare and arrange some primary actions, Iman Hojjati said, "The municipality of Isfahan has taken some actions to utilize the capacities of Isfahan Metropolice to reduce the negative effects of the water shortage crisis; in this regard, four media plans have been on the agenda and reached the implementation phase."
 

He also mentioned that getting the support of famous people in scientific, artistic, and sport fields and elites to advertise the water reducers are among the actions mentioned in the agenda of Isfahan municipality and said, "Another plan is to utilize the capacity of the Kowsar chain stores upon which specific booths are designed to introduce water reducers to encourage people to purchase these packages."
 

Emphasizing on the necessity of cooperation of ABFA Company to eliminate the wrong beliefs of people regarding water consumption, Hojjati said, "By using out-of-home advertising boards, we are trying to correctly inform people and remove the wrong belief of people that the industry is the real culprit behind the water consumption!"
 

Regarding the campaign of water consumption management experiences, he added, "It is supposed to interview with citizens who have innovations or beneficial experiences in reducing water consumption, then display the related images in Instagram or Telegram."
 

Mentioning that having "Water Days" titled "Water Wednesdays" or "Water Fridays" is a good happening in Isfahan, the General Director of Communication and International Affairs of Isfahan noted, "Filming and documenting the people’s experiences about water consumption is an interesting activity in which the potentials of city artists and elites will be used."
