Second exhibition of "Naghsh-e Negarin" to open in late May

The second group exhibition of "Naghsh-e Negarin" will be held at Kowsar Gallery which is affiliated with the Culture and Islamic Guidance department of Isfahan province. Shakiba Sharifian and Amir Rajayi are the curators and Aida Farhang and Milad Mahtabianpour are the assistants in this exhibition.

Isafah (IMNA) - Shakiba Sharifian, the curator of the exhibition, said: "The art works of miniatures, Golo Bolbol (flowers and chickens) and Tasheer performed by masters and young artists of Isfahan, Tabriz, Shiraz, Rasht and Mashhad will be presented at this exhibition.
 

She added: "The exhibition of "Naghsh-e Negarin II" is pursuing multidimensional goals, including creation of new actions in traditional arts and Iranian painting, inspired by the roots of Iranian art and cultural persistence, youthfulness and talent detection, and the support of young and emerging artists, decentralization of the scope and multiplicity of the exhibition and presentation of different styles and views of artists throughout the country.
 

Sharifian continued: "The most important condition for the miniature art to be dynamic is its economic prosperity. To this end, the exhibition of "Naghsh-e Negarin II" will be held on the international Museum and Cultural Heritage day in April, the most beautiful month of the year and the best time for tourists to visit, in order to show the glory of Persian painting to the Iranian and foreigners.
 

 She stated: “As in the first exhibition of "Naghsh-e Ngarin" it was attempted to present scientific articles along with the presentation of artworks, we intends to present the works of contemporary Iranian artists along with the scholars and thinkers in the field of art. Moreover, we will also take steps to produce knowledge in the long run by holding various conferences and publishing related books and articles.


"Naghsh-e Nogarin" exhibition will be opened on May 22nd to May 27th. This exhibition will be held at Kowsar Gallery, located in Naghsh-e Jahan Square, and it is open from 9-12  AM and 17- 21 PM.
