According to IMNA, the festival focused on World Cup, failure, victory, and free subjects. Then 10 of Isfahan artists who already held the membership of Isfahan Province Caricature House succeeded in entering two main sections of the festival naming as ‘Best Cartoon’ and ‘Honorable Mentions’.
Hamed Bazr-Afkan, Negin Naghieh, and Samaneh Eisvand-Mahmoodi from Isfahan entered the ‘Best Cartoon’ section; and ‘Honorable Mentions’ section hosted other Isfahani artists including: Mansooreh Dehghani, Reihaneh Karimian, Mohsen Hamzeh-Zadeh, Azadeh Zaeri Esfahani, Alieh Mazaheri, Jamaledin Etebarian, and Ayat Naderi.
As mentioned in the festival’s catalogue, the two previously mentioned sections will be totally apart from the four main sections (the great prize, gold, silver, and bronze prizes) of the festival.
