The caricaturist, Mojtaba Heidar-Panah, could proudly bring another honor for the city of Isfahan in the art of caricature, IMNA reported.
The International Cartoon and Animation festival in Libio, China is a child-based festival which granted 20 special awards to selected participants from around the world.
This international festival is hosted by China International Committee of Culture and Media.
The competition is open to all artists worldwide.
