According to IMNA political desk, the mayor of Isfahan Mehdi Jamali Nejad after final result of the 12th presidential Election in Iran, appreciated the nation for their epic presence.

“In the name of God,
The people's splendid participation in the 12th Presidential Election, middle-term election of the Islamic parliament, and 5th election of the Islamic City Council was a great and crucial event which was recorded in the magnificent history of Iran.
Once again the presence of conscious and heroic people disappointed the enemies who grow the sinister reverie of people being passive and detached from the Islamic revolution of Iran and it was a proof to lmam Khomeini’s ideals as well as a promise to the Supreme leader’s invitation.
I, as the mayor of Isfahan, congratulate all the nation especially respectful people of Isfahan on this magnificent historic presence.
I ask God for happiness, welfare and everlasting prosperity for my compatriots and the elected figures in the three elections.”
