The event was held on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of Iran-South Korea political ties and also for naming 2017 as the year of cultural relations between the two countries.
Iranian ambassador to South Korea Hassan Taherian addressed the ceremony, saying that holding such an event will be effective in enhancing bilateral cooperation.
The event was organized by South Korea cultural institute, Iran’s mission in South Korea and an Iranian tourism company.
Iran’s cultural night was held on Saturday with the attendance of Iranian and Korean cultural experts and figures and a group of Iranians residing in Seoul, South Korea.
